A safe place for First Responders & Military to access support for their PTSD and Post Trauma recovery
Our Mission
We believe in a well-balanced life, and understand the importance of mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health. We provide a safe space for those suffering from PTSD to come and experience all areas of wellness through nature-based programs and open-minded community centred support.
Our Approach
Space to
Heal & Grow
The Wayfinders Wellness Retreat is located in foothills of the Canadian Rockies along Jumpingpound Creek, set among the rolling hills of the Wine Glass Ranch just outside of Cochrane, AB.
This incredible landscape offers a safe and calm environment for our guests to begin their healing journey with us.
Learn more about the Wine Glass Ranch and the Wearmouth and Eklund Family, who have generously donated the retreat house on their property.
Nature-Based
Nature is the great teacher and healer, and serves as the foundation of our wellness programming. Our guests have access to a variety of nature tails, fishing, and outdoor reflection spaces. In addition, we have partnered with nature-based professional therapeutic services, such as Prairie Sky to offer Equine-Assisted Therapy.
